Situated just south of Tombstone, Arizona among rolling hills, prairie land, and a breathtaking view of the Dragoon Mountains, you will find the future home of 1881 Preserve, a large scale multi-use development. The land is deep-rooted in American Old West history, being home to the Chandler Milk Ranch and originally owned by the Cowan Family, a pioneer cattle ranching family that came to Tombstone in the 1880’s. 1881 Preserve’s vision is to safeguard the legacy that has been passed on to us while allowing for Southern Arizona growth by establishing a residential community, boutique lodging facilities and amenities, a winery and vineyard, all interwoven with horse trails and grazing land.
